We are looking for a senior Field Operations Analyst, based in Calgary, to support and facilitate the sharing of business-critical information between various corporate departments and our field locations. NUMBERS AND COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE: You need to not only be aware of the numbers and field data but you can clearly identify and communicate what our facility and production teams need and ensure they receive it. This is not a junior position and you have already built a strong foundation of supporting field operations, on top of having these skill sets, you also have a positive attitude and good work ethic.

YOU LOVE INFORMATION, ARE ORGANIZED AND ENJOY STRADDLING THE LINE BETWEEN WORKING WITH FIELD AND CORPORATE EMPLOYEES. You thrive when there is a lot on the go and you’re the one people call on for help. You are the go-to for the Calgary-based Manager and Superintendent, but also interdepartmental requests from Safety, Environment, Facilities, Procurement, Finance and a variety of other areas. You’ll also support training for field based administrators, technicians and foremen. Not enough? Well, you will also get to work on various technical projects by rolling up reports, printing maps, organizational charts, and preparing for meetings using Power point, handouts, field data and Production Reporting. You will be in charge of data gathering for meetings, presentations and proactively setting up consistent common folders for knowledge sharing, meeting minute distribution and follow up of data across teams.
