Description:
The Quantity Suveyor will have the responsibility to update and maintain the Project Controls’ database, monitor the output and deliverables performed by Subcontractors. This person will oversee and detect any budget/cost deviation by assigned vendors and third-party service providers.



Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Working on cost and commercial management assignments including preparation of cost reports and payment certificates.
Providing cost advice to clients generally.
Preparing contract documentation, final accounts, and agreeing changes.
To prepare the Subcontractor’s accounts in accordance with the subcontract.
To check that the accounts prepared by the Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses, with Project documents and have been approved by the Discipline Supervisors.
To verify and check that all accounting documents have been duly approved and are accompanied where necessary by explanatory drawings and sketches.
To collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare the cost control tabulations

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum 1-3 years as a quantity surveyor.
Skilled in MS Office products mainly in Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience working on projects across oil and gas and/or petrochemical, construction.
Able to work closely with clients.
