Description:
The Site Security Supervisor will be responsible for leading and monitoring the daily operations of the project security program. Reporting to the Project Security Manager, he will have hands on responsibility to all security personnel, including security shift supervisors, and monitor their daily course of work.



Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:



Supervise the security guard personnel to ensure corporate and client compliance.
Implements policies related to security department and security access for employees and visitors.
Oversees (and/or may conduct) security-related investigations.
Ensures Access Control requirements are in accordance with regulations.
Provides expertise when creating security orientation and/or training for site personnel and visitors. May conduct portions of training related to security
Responsible for security audits to ensure adherence of established policies and procedures
Establishes and maintains professional relationships with local contacts and law enforcement
Promotes teamwork; coaches and provides guidance to local security employees.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:



Must have strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic (and Urdu / Hindi).
Microsoft proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong leadership skills are expected in order to achieve project security requirements.
Typically has 10+ years of military or law enforcement relevant experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
