The Facility Construction Supervisor is a field based role completing critical activities in a live facility. This role is responsible to complete activities in accordance with procedures, plans and specifications while satisfying the project objectives. The role requires supporting the project plan development, budgets and contract requirements. Stewarding budgets, schedules and reporting requirements is also a key component of this role.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for facility construction planning, supervision.
Responsible for daily construction reporting; support cost forecast and schedule development.
Responsible to manage interface with on-site stakeholders.
Responsible for planning activities including work package development and stewarding the executed contract scopes.
Coordinate functional field support groups in execution of projects.
Support daily safe work permits.
Lead project HSE including leading and lagging requirements / indicators.
Support the constructability program within all phases.
Manage interface with Operations to ensure successful transition of equipment and sub-systems.
Responsible for progressive turn over and timely close-out reports.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

5+ years supervisory or equivalent experience in industrial facility construction.
Experience with tank maintenance/repair for API compliance will be consider an asset
Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree; relevant experience will be considered in lieu
Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required
Proficiency with computers for details required.
